The appearance colors are very different
The color of cooked tea cakes is black or reddish brown, while some bud teas are dark golden yellow.
The taste is very different
Raw tea has a strong taste, full of tea flavor, and fragrant tea soup. It is bitter and astringent, but good tea is bitter and sweet, and astringent can produce fluid;
Mature tea, thick and sweet, pure taste, with a unique aged aroma.
Soup color and leaf base are very different
